After finishing Everything, Everything several days ago, I decided to check out Nicola Yoon’s latest novel, The Sun Is Also A Star.

I like this book even more than Everything, Everything. The characters seem more filled out than in the earlier book, and the concept seemed fresher as well. I’ve read reviews criticizing this book because of “insta-love” and the role of coincidences in the plot – those elements are in this book, but those are also themes of the book so they’re pretty much unavoidable.

I gave The Sun is Also a Star five stars on Goodreads. I liked the two main characters and became very invested in them being together.
